Only 2.4gh radio systems will be allowed to be used at any flight line this year. This includes the Main, 3D, Float, Heli, and Electric Flight Lines. With only a few 72mz systems being used last year and the added safety that the 2.4 systems bring to the table. We feel it is in the best interest of everyone that we put this rule in to effect.
We still ask you only to turn your systems on if you are at a flight line at a flight station.

No Flying anywhere except at a Flight Station!

We have just started a New Bathhouse near the Hangar. Featuring Six showers on the Ladies side and Eight on the Men's the waiting time should be cut down dramatically. Both side will have ample facilities and larger vanity areas for more convenient use.

After last year we took your suggestions and we are developing an area near the main gate. This area should give you plenty of room and the flying conditions you asked for.
We are still learning what you guys need, so keep the suggestions coming!  E-mail your suggestions to scott_1017@bellsouth.net

We are currently clearing out an area to the right of the hangar for more camping.

Do you have a crowd-pleasing demo for the Joe Nall? We?d like to see it  and so would thousands of others at the show!

This year, Joe Nall Noontime Demos will run from 12:00 ? 1:00 on Wednesday, Thurs, Friday and Saturday. We?re looking for demos that fall under one of two classifications:

1) World-class showmanship

If you?re a world-class showman who knows how to capture attention, we have the spot for you to ?show your stuff?. These acts can be solo or multi-fliers, and as is common for world-class acts, are to be accompanied by music and/or voice narration.

2) New Technology

At Joe Nall, we?re all about breakthrough technology. If you have new technology and would like to put it on display in front of Joe Nall, let us know. For best impact, please be prepared with your own announcer for maximum impact.

Please send us a short video of your performance!  Contact Noontime Demo Coordinator Richard Guthrie via email at  demos@joenall.com

Wristbands at The Nall!

This year for your safety and security we are going to require everyone at the Nall to wear a wristband. A different color wristband will be given for each day. If you are wearing the wrong colored wristband or not wearing a wristband you will be asked to show your AMA Card and required to purchase another wristband or leave. We know over the years people have been coming in after the gate closes and feel that this may give someone that doesn't respect your Equipment and/or Triple Tree a opportunity to cause us all a lot of grief.
So bare with us and understand if someone stops you if you don't have a wristband on. We are doing this for you!
Thanks!

Over Six Miles of Trails!

The Trails have been marked for your convenience. If you need a map showing the trails and their approximant lengths. Click here or ask at the Main Gazebo. The trials or for walking mainly all though slow vehicle traffic is allowed. They are not 4 wheeling trails and should be treated with respect. We encourage you to leave your vehicle at the entrance to the trails and take a peaceful walk enjoying the wildlife and all the beauty Mother Nature has to share with us.

The Big Build!!!!

20' Wingspan Valkyrie!
As you walk through the hangar at Triple Tree admiring the beautiful airplanes on display there wouldn't it be neat to tell people you helped build one of the largest planes on exhibit there. Here is your chance. We are inviting everyone that comes to "The Nall" to help build this airplane. No matter what your experience level. Mark Davidson is heading up this project and spends the majority of his time at the Nall in the Hangar working on this project and is more than willing to help you if you need it. Just stop by and see Mark and he will tell you what is needed at that time. The neat part is we are allow the builders to sign the section they help build and we trying to work out a drawing from the builders, to have the winner fly the plane during the Noontime Demos the first year it is completed.(Depending on your skill level a Buddy Box may be used)

Volunteers Needed!
As you know it takes a lot of people to put on an event of this size.
We have many areas we need help like: Putting Up 4 miles of rope, Cutting Grass, Setting up Flight Lines, Bus Driving, Gate Duty, Parking Campers, ... We brake the time slots for helping in to 2 hour increments. This way no one gets trapped in a job all day.
