5 Flight Lines

2.4ghz Only

Everyone here at the Nall take safety very seriously and feel that the added safety features built in to the 2.4ghz systems is the best way to provide everyone that comes to the Nall with the safest environment possible.

The Main Flight Line is located at the Main Gazebo near the Hangar. This is where most of the Scale Planes, War Birds, and Jets fly. This area is for the basic racetrack pattern with very basic acrobatics. (Loops and rolls)

The opening pilots meeting and noon time demos are conducted on this field.

No Torque Rolling or Acrobatics that stop your forward progress!

Pilots meetings will be held every morning at 9:00am. If you are flying on this field be sure to be at the meetings.

IMAA Membership required to fly.

The 3D Flight Line is located at the lower gazebo near the river on the south end of the property. While Safety is always first  at the Nall this is where things get a little wild. These pilots can make airplanes do things you will never believe.

All Acrobatics as long as they are conducted safely are OK on this field.

Keep all acrobatics out past the safety line!

Pilots meetings will be held every morning at 9:00am. If you are flying on this field be sure to be at the meetings.

IMAA Membership required to fly.

The first thing you see when you come through the Gate! Exciting Heli Action!
After last year we took your suggestions and we are developing an area near the main gate. This area should give you plenty of room and the flying conditions you asked for.
We are still learning what you guys need, so keep the suggestions coming!  E-mail your suggestions to scott_1017@bellsouth.net

Pilots meetings will be held every morning at 9:00am. If you are flying on this field be sure to be at the meetings.

You are not required to be a IMAA member to fly on this flight line, but you must pay a $5:00 IMAA event fee.

Located on the Main Lake near the Hangar. The flight line is along the Road to the lower end. Campers are not allowed in the area of the flight line. We will have flight stations on the lake this year. When flying on the lake make sure your plane stays over the lake at all times. Do not fly over the campers on out towards the main flight line.

Pilots meetings will be held every morning at 9:00am. If you are flying on this field be sure to be at the meetings.

You are not required to be a IMAA member to fly on this flight line, but you must pay a $5:00 IMAA event fee.

Float planes do not have to meet IMAA requirements.

This area is for Small Electric Airplanes. Not limited to park flyers, but nothing over 65". This is a limited airspace area. You must be able to fly your plane in this area without infringing on the airspace of the 3D or Main Flight lines.

You are not required to be a IMAA member to fly on this flight line, but you must pay a $5:00 IMAA event fee.

Wristbands at The Nall!

This year for your safety and security we are going to require everyone at the Nall to wear a wristband. A different color wristband will be given for each day. If you are wearing the wrong colored wristband or not wearing a wristband you will be asked to show your AMA Card and required to purchase another wristband or leave. We know over the years people have been coming in after the gate closes and feel that this may give someone that doesn't respect your Equipment and/or Triple Tree a opportunity to cause all of us a lot of grief.
So bare with us and understand if someone stops you if you don't have a wristband on. We are doing this for you!
Thanks!

Only 2.4gh radio systems will be allowed to be used at any flight line this year. This includes the Main, 3D, Float, Heli, and Electric Flight Lines. With only a few 72mz systems being used last year and the added safety that the 2.4 systems bring to the table. We fill it is in the best interest of everyone that we put this rule in to effect.
We still ask you only to turn your systems on if you are at a flight line at a flight station.

No Flying anywhere except at a Flight Station!
Shuttles will be running between All Flight Lines and the Parking Area continuously!
